For instance, the Queensbury Leisure Club is home to an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and spa area. Families will be glad to know that the leisure club provides a children’s paddling pool, whereas if you are interested working up a sweat, then you will be able to use the hotel’s fully equipped gymnasium. You will also be welcome to use the Queensbury Leisure Suite as non-hotel guest but will be required to purchase a 12 month membership. Bournemouth Boot Camp
If you are serious about fitness then you may be interested in The Queens Hotel Body Fit Camp. Over a period of 3-5 days, a team of personal trainers and dieticians will guide through a range of activities designed to improve your overall fitness. Exercises include Zumba, combat conditioning, cycling among many other high intensity classes, each taking place within the hotel. You will be able to access a personal trainer from 7.30am each day of the boot camp, while all meals and snacks are prepared for you by a team of chefs up until the last activity finishes at 9.00pm.
Forever Gorgeous Spa
Located on the lower ground floor of The Queens Hotel are the nine treatment rooms and two lounges of the Forever Gorgeous Spa. Hotel guests and members of the public will be able to book a one-off treatment or enjoy a spa package for a whole day of pampering. Spa treatments include the Indian Head Massage, Bespoke Full Body Massage and the Elemis Skin Solution Facial.
