Mirabelle Restaurant & Menu
If you are staying at the Cumberland Hotel, or simply enjoying a visit to the delightful south coast resort town of Bournemouth, why not dine at their excellent on-site restaurant: The Mirabelle. This superb restaurant has a fine set menu, with reduced prices for all guests staying at the hotel. A selection of delicate starters such as melon tian, salmon, terrine and a light potato soup will whet your appetite for the sumptuous mains: a truly luxurious confit of duck, a glorious honey-glazed loin of pork with a rich gravy or a wonderful fish pie made using local ingredients and for vegetarians a beautifully-roasted vegetable tart with fresh balsamic pesto. To finish you can tuck into a selection of citrus desserts such as lime pie, lemon cheesecake and apple strudel, as well as various ice-creams or a cheese-board.
